The battery toke part of a living history and small battle at the oak grove plantation. Despite a rainy start to the weekend it didn’t stop the battle or people from coming out. A special thank you to the Lewis family for hosting this event.
The battery braved the cold to take part of the 150th battle of Fort Anderson. The original Edenton Bell Battery saw action here 150 years ago.
The battery made the trip to Cedar Creek for the 150th anniversary. The Sutler tents had lots great items.
The Edenton Bell Battery for the first time used horses to pull the cannon through the parade and the Coats Farmers Day. This is the way the real Confederate Army would have moved artillery.
The battery enjoyed a great weekend in Falmouth Virginia. The event was part of an annual living history.
